澳門新型冠狀病毒宣布，向所有過去14天曾到過深圳市部分地區的抵澳人士，實施14天醫學隔離。

新措施於5月26日週三晚上9時實施，以回應深圳在過去的週末發現7宗本地感染個案。

受影響地區包括龍崗區園山街道的西坑社區、安良八村，鹽田區的沙頭角街道橋東新村、鹽田街道沙崗圩、鹽田街道東海麗景花園和鹽田港。

廣州本地感染疫情亦增長至6宗，廣州政府要求荔灣區所有民眾接受核酸病毒檢測。

內地疫情再度出現，而澳門剛剛宣佈4月入境旅客按年上升5.3，在五一黃金週亦出現打破15個月記錄的單日訪澳旅客數字。廣東省最新疫情有可能對澳門復甦帶來負面影響，包括憂慮內地會推出類似農曆新年限制出行的措施。

澳門政府早前亦發現一名自茂名來澳的旅客是內地一宗感染個案的密切接觸者。

衛生局稱，這名28歲男子曾與確診病人一同乘車，在週二經橫琴口岸抵達澳門並入住倫敦人酒店，之後被送往山頂醫院接受核酸檢測，呈陰性反應，目前正在路環高頂衛生臨床中心接受醫學隔離。
