　　【共同社5月26日電】日本出入國在留管理廳25日發佈消息稱，憑藉為擴大外國人就業而新設的在留資格“特定技能”在日的外國人截至制度施行滿兩年的今年3月底為22,567人，與第一年結束時的去年3月底的3987人相比，達到逾5倍。從技能實習生轉換為“特定技能”的人數增加。 　　不過，第一年原本預計的接納人數為32,800～47,550人，但直到第二年結束，連這一人數也未達到。入管廳負責人表示“新冠疫情下的入境限制等導致增長乏力”，同時認為人數是上年逾5倍反映出“對制度的理解加深”。 　　獲得特定技能資格有兩條途徑：一是可以通過參加各行業開展的考試，二是擁有“技能實習”約3年以上經驗的實習生免試轉換。截至今年3月底，有84.6%的資格是由實習生轉換獲得。 　　從國家和地區來看，實習生最大來源地越南人數最多，達到14,147人，之後依次為中國大陸2050人、印度尼西亞1921人、菲律賓1731人。 　　接納人數較多的地區有愛知縣2027人、千葉縣1661人、東京都1417人、埼玉縣1241人、茨城縣1222人。 ...
