Google Blogger spam classifier identifies a blog as spammy, it will prompt the blog author to solve a CAPTCHA before creating a new post.

Google has introduced this anti-spamblog feature in a hurry. And lot of designated "Spam" users are unable to write new posts even after solving the Captcha (word).

Update: Google has resolved the issue. Once a blog with word verification has been established as legitimate, the blogger will no longer need to solve the CAPTCHA.

Update: Blogger Support has admitted the problem.
There was a bug in this feature that was preventing some users from posting, even after correctly solving the word verification, but this problem has now been fixed. If you continue to have trouble, please clear your browser's cache and cookies, then log in again to create your post.
Please note that having the word verification on your posting form does not mean that your blog will be deleted or otherwise punished if it is not actually in violation of our policies. The classification is automated, so there are occasional false positives, though we are working on improving the algorithms for this. We apologize for any inconvenience it has caused and we appreciate your patience as we work on improving this system for our users while also decreasing blog spam.
